The Fire and Oak concept was originally designed three years ago by our corporate executive chef and both owners, Errick Paragioudakis, Joshua Dorras. We wanted to create a restaurant that was timeless in design with an emphasis on comfort foods made from the freshest ingredients , with a beautiful ambiance that would be exciting to the eye and as comfortable as sitting at home in front of your fireplace.

The Montvale Fire & Oak is located in Northern New Jersey in Bergen County. This restaurant was open in the Courtyard Marriott's newly renovated upscale hotel. Our very popular bar/lounge area where one can relax and enjoy the ambiance is the perfect spot to enjoy our specialty cocktails, craft beers or a glass of wine from our temperature controlled wine room. From day one the after work crowd has been flocking to this amazing bar to wind down and kick start their night. For dining we offer our guests four unique dining experiences. To the left of the bar is the elevated candle room. The glow of the room and the excitement of the nearby lounge makes it a perfect setting for couples or friends on a night out. Our main dining room with its soaring high ceiling s and views of the gleaming open kitchen, makes it the the perfect setting for larger groups as well as a quiter dining experience. The upper balcony dining room offers magnificent views of our dining room with the intimacy of a private setting. Rounding out the list is the fully private oak room which is outfitted with state of the art audio visual equipment making it the perfect spot for business presentation or social gathering. With its well rounded menu attentive staff and its various dining options Fire & Oak Montvale is the restaurant jewel of Northern New Jersey.
