The Fire and Oak concept was originally designed three years ago by our corporate executive chef and both owners, Errick Paragioudakis, Joshua Dorras. We wanted to create a restaurant that was timeless in design with an emphasis on comfort foods made from the freshest ingredients , with a beautiful ambiance that would be exciting to the eye and as comfortable as sitting at home in front of your fireplace.

The Newport Jersey City Fire & Oak is conveniently located inside the new Westin Hotel, a luxury hotel that is part of the Starwood Company. Its close proximity to Manhattan makes it a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Its attentive and knowledgeable wait staff along with a well executed menu makes Fire & Oak the go to spot for the business and social diner.
